A payment will be considered successful only after the amount is credited to the school’s bank account. In case of any discrepancy, the school’s records will be considered as final.

  • Use of this payment portal is a convenience service offered by IET Trust. The portal facilitates the collection of fees. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this portal will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

Refund Policy

All fees once paid are non-refundable except the caution money deposit. Students are advised to verify the amount and the fee type before making the payment. In the event of a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be adjusted against the student’s next fee instalment or refunded to the student’s bank account after verification, as per the decision of the school from time to time. The refund process may take up to 15-20 business days to complete.

Any refund requests for reasons other than duplicate payments will not be entertained. The school’s decision regarding refunds will be final and binding. In case of any failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account but not credited to the school’s account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. For any issues with a failed transaction, please contact your bank or card issuer.
