Our school was selected to organize the E-Zone Sports Meet 2004 - 2005. Our students have participated in several Inter School Tournaments and won prizes at the State Level.
Arun Prakash of Std.XII (2002 batch), a Tennis Champion has represented India twice in Jakarta, Indonesia.
S.K.Rakesh of Std.IX and Sindhuja Prabhu of Std.XII won a number of prizes in Swimming Competitions at the State Level (2002 - 2003) .
K.Sowmya of Std.XII participated in the Throw Ball match at the District Level in Thanjavur in 2004.
Ashfaq Syed of Std.XI won the I Prize in the State Level Competition organized by Tamilnadu Roller Skating Association. He also participated at the National Level.

We have a NCC Unit for the girls comprising of 30 students from Std.VII to IX. R.Sowmya of Std.IX won a Gold Medal in the Rifle Shooting Competition in June 2005. She was among 300 students from Chennai District who participated in the camp.

Several of our Scouts & Guides have been awarded the Dwitiya Sopan Badge and Tritiya Sopan Badge.

The Interact Club of our school has received the Bank of Baroda Rolling Trophy from Madras Voluntary Blood Bureau for three years in succession for mobilizing maximum number of donors during a Blood Donation Camp organized by schools.
The Interact Club of our school was judged as the 'Best Interact Club' for the year 2003-2004 and the Second Best Club for the year 2004 - 2005.

The Principal of our school was selected as the Regional Co-ordinator for Road Safety Patrol unit of the schools in Adyar - Thiruvanmiyur Zone by the Tamilnadu Police Traffic Wardens organisation and Chennai City Traffic Police for the years 2003 - 2005.

The Parivadhini Music Club of our school has been very active and won several prizes in Inter School Competitions at the State Level. Bhujanga Malika and Sri Uma Maheswara Stotram are two cassettes released by the members of the club in the year 1998-1999.
